Returns & Refunds

Our products are made on demand, produced specifically for you after your order is placed. For this reason, returns or exchanges due to size, color, or change of mind are not possible (in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions for custom-made products).

We will, of course, replace any item free of charge if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.
If this happens, please send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order: contact@gorillero.com

No return shipment required: For on-demand products, a photo is usually sufficient. We’ll take care of the rest.
