An order is only considered accepted once confirmed by Gorillero Store. Acceptance requires the successful receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Gorillero Store may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the credit card; (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your credit card company; and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred at the listed prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once we hand products over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Gorillero Store is hosted by Shopify, allowing us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our shop take place directly between you and Gorillero Store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Gorillero Store, including injuries, damages, or losses arising from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any liability related to your purchases or transactions with Gorillero Store.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GORILLERO STORE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS—AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES—WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, CLAIMS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, DATA LOSS, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gorillero Store, Shopify, and their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of laws or third-party rights, or (3) your access to or use of the Services.

These Terms, together with any site-published policies or rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements or communications. Ambiguities shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.
